Calqwise ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on this landing page and how we use it.

What we collect

Email address. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the plan you selected (Free or Pro). We use this solely to notify you when Calqwise launches and to send you a redemption code if you signed up for Pro.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with this page (page views, scroll depth, button clicks). This data is aggregated and anonymous — we cannot identify you from it. GA4 may set cookies in your browser. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

What we do not do

We do not sell your email address. We do not share it with third parties except Mailchimp, which stores it on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy. We do not send marketing emails unrelated to Calqwise.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. To request deletion of your data, email us at hello@calqwise.app and we will remove your record within 7 days.

Signing up places you on a pre-launch notification list. It does not create an account, does not charge you anything, and does not guarantee access. The "free Pro for one year" offer for Pro waitlist members is contingent on Calqwise launching and is subject to availability.

Calqwise is in pre-launch. All calculators, features, and pricing described on this page are indicative and subject to change. Nothing on this page constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

Intellectual property

All content on this page — copy, design, mockups — is owned by Calqwise. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Calqwise is incorporated.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
