By downloading, installing, or using the Calqwise application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BSoft ("we," "us," or "our").
Calqwise is a financial calculator application that provides tools for estimating mortgage payments, retirement savings, investment growth, and related financial scenarios. The App also offers an AI Insights feature that generates personalized financial analysis using Google Gemini. Calqwise is an informational tool only — it does not provide licensed financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
Subject to these Terms, BSoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
All calculations, projections, and estimates provided by Calqwise are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on the inputs you provide and simplified financial models — they do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Results are estimates only and may not reflect actual financial outcomes.
Calqwise is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or tax professional. Using the App does not create a client-advisor relationship. Do not make financial decisions based solely on Calqwise outputs. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.
The AI Insights feature sends portions of your financial profile — including income, savings, investments, financial goals, timeline, city, and state — to the Calqwise backend, which forwards this data to Google Gemini for analysis. By using AI Insights, you consent to this data transmission.
AI-generated insights are estimates based on the information you provide and current market conditions. They do not constitute professional financial advice. Data sent for AI Insights is not stored on our servers after your request is processed. Google Gemini processes this data under Google's Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Calqwise offers optional Pro subscriptions ("Calqwise Pro") with access to additional calculators and features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play and processed by RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BSoft does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any financial calculations for your specific situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or loss of data — even if BSoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
BSoft's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if no payment was made.
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by BSoft and protected by intellectual property laws. The Calqwise name and logo are trademarks of BSoft. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to BSoft's intellectual property beyond the limited license in Section 3.
BSoft may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Sections covering financial disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
